Automobily prejd\u00fa t\u00fdmto prv\u00fdm procesom u v\u00fdrobcu.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrofor\u00e9zne lakovanie sa vykon\u00e1va nasledovne:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>umiestnenie produktov na dopravn\u00edk<\/li>\n<li>predpr\u00edprava v automatickej um\u00fdvacej linke: odmastenie, aktiv\u00e1cia, nanesenie antikor\u00f3znej vrstvy (napr. fosf\u00e1tovanie prostredn\u00edctvom fluoridov Zn-Mn-Ni), pasiv\u00e1cia, demineraliz\u00e1cia oplachovan\u00edm<\/li>\n<li>elektrofor\u00e9zne vytvorenie organickej n\u00e1terovej vrstvy (\u00b1 20 \u03bcm alebo +\/- 40\u03bcm) v katafor\u00e9znej ponornej vani<\/li>\n<li>opl\u00e1chnutie v ultrafiltr\u00e1te<\/li>\n<li>su\u0161enie pri vysokej teplote<\/li>\n<li>zlo\u017eenie produktov z dopravn\u00edka<\/li>\n<li>kontrola kvality<\/li>\n<li>zabalenie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Katafor\u00e9zne lakovanie sa inak naz\u00fdva aj \u201eKathodische TauchLackierung\u201c (KTL).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><em>Su\u0161enie lakov<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vy\u017eaduje zna\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady energie, \u010dasu a in\u00fdch veli\u010d\u00edn. Klasick\u00e9 \u017eiari\u010de spotrebuj\u00fa viac energie, ne\u017e je potrebn\u00e9 pre su\u0161enie a\u00a0vytvrdzovanie lakovej vrstvy. 60 % \u017eiarovej energie je vidite\u013en\u00e9 svetlo od 0,3 \u2013 0,7 \u00b5m a\u00a0kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 infra\u010derven\u00e9 0,7 \u2013 2,5 \u00b5m. Tieto druhy energie proces lakovania nepotrebuje. Automobilov\u00fd lak sa \u0161\u00edri be\u017en\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom pri zahriat\u00ed povrchu na teplotu men\u0161iu ne\u017e 130\u00b0C a\u00a0po dobu 30 min\u00fat. Pri\u013enavos\u0165 a\u00a0trvanlivos\u0165 obohaten\u00e9ho lakovan\u00e9ho povrchu vo\u010di mechanick\u00e9mu nam\u00e1haniu pomocou technol\u00f3gie sa zvy\u0161uje. Pevnos\u0165 je o\u00a01,5 kr\u00e1t zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1. Taktie\u017e sa zvy\u0161uje aj pri\u013enavos\u0165 aj pri opakovanom prudkom pohybe kovu nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 povlak alebo vytvori\u0165 praskliny.
