Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sprac\u00favame pos\u00fadenie rizika v\u00fdbuchu a p\u00edsomn\u00fd dokument o ochrane pred v\u00fdbuchom (DOPV) pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea, technol\u00f3gie a bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce.<\/p><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f6b34e5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f6b34e5\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-393f9e5\" data-id=\"393f9e5\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5bad59 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a5bad59\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Medzi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie po\u017eadovan\u00e9 miestne prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 predpisy a poriadky patria:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7288240 elementor-widget elementor-widget-vt-windfall_list\" data-id=\"7288240\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"vt-windfall_list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<ul class=\"bullet-list\"><li>MPP trafostanice vysok\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia<\/li><li>MPP verejn\u00e9ho osvetlenia<\/li><li>MPP fotovoltaickej elektr\u00e1rne (FVE) a in\u00fdch gener\u00e1torov.<\/li><li>MPP pre priestor s nebezpe\u010denstvom v\u00fdbuchu ( B , B1 )<\/li><\/ul>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2e00ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2e00ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>K zaisteniu bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho a spo\u013eahliv\u00e9ho prev\u00e1dzkovania vyhraden\u00fdch technick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 vypracova\u0165 tzv. Miestny prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd poriadok (resp. Miestny prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd predpis). Zabezpe\u010denie vypracovania miestneho prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9ho poriadku je povinnos\u0165ou zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea (prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea) zariadenia; t\u00e1to povinnos\u0165 vypl\u00fdva prvotne zo z\u00e1kona \u010d. 124\/2006 Z. z, vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 508\/2009 a taktie\u017e z \u010dl. 10 STN 34 3104:1967 Elektrotechnick\u00e9 predpisy STN.<\/p><p>Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 predpisy pre obsluhu a pr\u00e1cu v elektrick\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkar\u0148ach (ostatn\u00e9ho predpisu), musia by\u0165 v ka\u017edej elektrickej prev\u00e1dzkarni vysok\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia a&nbsp;ve\u013emi vysok\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia k dispoz\u00edcii, rovnako ako aj v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00e9 miestne bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 a pracovn\u00e9 predpisy vypracovan\u00e9 so zameran\u00edm na rozsah a vyhotovenie zariadenia prev\u00e1dzkarne. \u010ealej musia by\u0165 v prev\u00e1dzkarni k dispoz\u00edcii predpisy o prvej pomoci pri \u00farazoch so zoznamom a telef\u00f3nnymi \u010d\u00edslami z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch stan\u00edc, zdravotn\u00edckych zariaden\u00ed a po\u017eiarnych stan\u00edc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-42167b6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"42167b6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7b52353\" data-id=\"7b52353\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f28d88f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f28d88f\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-febd444\" data-id=\"febd444\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d3afe3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d3afe3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pod\u013ea vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky 508\/2009 sem patria zariadenia:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder; color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">A. Technick\u00e9 zariadenia elektrick\u00e9 skupiny A pod\u013ea druhu s\u00fa:<\/span><\/p><p>a) technick\u00e9 zariadenie na v\u00fdrobu elektrickej energie s menovit\u00fdm v\u00fdkonom 3 MW a viac vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej elektriny,<\/p><p>b) technick\u00e9 zariadenie na premenu elektrickej energie s pr\u00edkonom 250 kVA a viac vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej elektriny,<\/p><p>c) elektrick\u00e1 sie\u0165 striedav\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia nad 1000 V alebo jednosmern\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tia nad 1 500 V vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej elektriny,<\/p><p>d) elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia v prostred\u00ed s nebezpe\u010denstvom po\u017eiaru hor\u013eav\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, kvapal\u00edn, plynov alebo prachu (vonkaj\u0161\u00ed vplyv BE2) vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej a statickej elektriny,<\/p><p>e) elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia v priestore s nebezpe\u010denstvom v\u00fdbuchu (vonkaj\u0161\u00ed vplyv BE3) vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej a statickej elektriny,<\/p><p>f) elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia v priestoroch s vonkaj\u0161\u00edm vplyvom s trval\u00fdm v\u00fdskytom koroz\u00edvnych alebo zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej elektriny,<\/p><p>g) elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia v priestore s vonkaj\u0161\u00edm vplyvom vody z in\u00e9ho zdroja ako z da\u017e\u010fa AD3 a\u017e AD8 alebo s dotykom s vodiv\u00fdmi \u010das\u0165ami, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa potenci\u00e1l zeme s vonkaj\u0161\u00edm vplyvom BC3 a BC4 vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej elektriny,<\/p><p>h) elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia v miestnosti na zdravotn\u00edcke \u00fa\u010dely vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej a statickej elektriny okrem v\u0161eobecnej vy\u0161etrovne a priestoru s po\u017eiadavkami P0, P1 a P2 definovan\u00fdmi pod\u013ea osobitn\u00fdch predpisov pre zdravotn\u00edcke zariadenie,<\/p><p>i) elektrick\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia v objekte ur\u010denom na zhroma\u017e\u010fovanie viac ako 250 os\u00f4b v jednom priestore vr\u00e1tane ochrany pred \u00fa\u010dinkami atmosf\u00e9rickej elektriny.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder; color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">B. Technick\u00e9 zariadenia elektrick\u00e9 skupiny B s\u00fa:<\/span><\/p><p>Technick\u00e9 zariadenia elektrick\u00e9 nezaraden\u00e9 do skupiny A s pr\u00fadom alebo nap\u00e4t\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder; color: #333333; font-size: 17px;\">C.
