We carry out Professional Inspections and Professional Tests on machinery and for industrial facilities as a whole. In case of detected deficiencies, we inform the customer and work on their elimination. If necessary, we are able to create documentation such as machine manuals, schematics, production labels and other mandatory documents that are important for the correct commissioning of the machine.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For customers we are able to modify machines according to STN and EU standards, revise, complete documentation and mediate professional assessment (official test from the Technical Inspection of the Slovak Republic). Our inspection technician for machines and machinery deals with the safety of working machines in industry and strives to maintain safety in the production and operation of machinery and equipment. Our company inspects, performs and prepares documentation such as working machine manual and working machine operating manual. In doing so, we endeavour to meet the deadlines for inspection of working machines. The result of our work is a working machine inspection report, an inspection report and, if desired, a thermal imaging. We can also assist with official tests or arrange them completely, and we follow the deadlines for inspections if required. Professional Inspection and Professional Examination of the electrical parts of working machines called Inspection of working machines is governed by STN EN 60 204-1 \/ IEC 60 204.<\/p>

Hard-wired working machines are composed of different parts and different elements, so inspection must be approached with a broad knowledge of the field.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The electrical machine must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Improper use or damage to the electrical machine that is not visible at first glance can cause serious equipment failure, endangering the health of workers and shutting down production.<\/p>

We carry out the inspection of working machines with modern measuring instruments that can measure voltages up to 2500V and current of 10A, which guarantees accurate measurement with low measurement deviation. The IEC 60204\/STN EN 60204-1 standard is applied to the use of electrical, electronic and programmable electronic equipment and systems on machines fixed and not portable during work. The standard applies to electrical equipment or parts of electrical equipment operating at a rated supply voltage not exceeding 1000 V a.c. or 1500 V d.c. and at a rated frequency not exceeding 200 Hz. The equipment covered by this standard starts at the point of connection of the power source to the electrical equipment of the working machine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Basic data on the Professional Inspection The professional examination of electrical parts of working machines is described in the following tables.<\/p>

    The procedures and required documents for the performance of the inspection are specified e.g. in STN 33 1500, STN 33 2000-6, STN 33 1600, STN 33 1610, STN EC 59009 (33 1620), STN EN 60204-1 (33 2200), STN EN 62305(34 1390) and others.<\/p>

    In case of interest, we also provide the following for the machinery: electrical diagrams, machine documentation and operating instructions, which must be in the national language.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
