Anti-static and conductive floors are special floors that have a special electrical conductivity and are suitable for areas where electrostatic discharges must be prevented. These materials can be used where there is a need for conductive or antistatic flooring. Antistatic flooring cannot generate electrostatic voltages on a person moving on it even without the use of conductive or antistatic footwear. These floors must reduce electrostatic voltages regardless of the relative humidity in the room or production hall.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    A characteristic of this material is its internal resistivity measured at ambient temperature and 50% relative humidity, which is greater than 109\u00a0<\/span>\u03a9m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Meranie povrchov\u00e9ho odporu:<\/span><\/p>

      Met\u00f3da meria elektrick\u00fd odpor povrchu podlahy. Meranie sa vykon\u00e1va pomocou testera, ktor\u00fd sa prilo\u017e\u00ed k povrchu podlahy dvoma elektr\u00f3dami. Odpor sa meria v megohmoch (M\u03a9). Pod\u013ea normy STN EN 100 015 by mal by\u0165 povrchov\u00fd odpor antistatickej podlahy v rozmedz\u00ed 10^4 a\u017e 10^9 \u03a9.<\/p>

      Meranie bodov\u00e9ho odporu:<\/span><\/p>

      T\u00e1to met\u00f3da meria elektrick\u00fd odpor medzi povrchom podlahy a zemou. Meranie sa vykon\u00e1va pomocou rev\u00edzneho pr\u00edstroja, ktor\u00fd sa prilo\u017e\u00ed k povrchu podlahy jednou elektr\u00f3dou a druh\u00e1 elektr\u00f3da sa pripoj\u00ed k uzemneniu. Odpor sa meria v ohmoch (\u03a9). Pod\u013ea normy STN EN 100 015 by mal by\u0165 bodov\u00fd odpor antistatickej podlahy men\u0161\u00ed ako 1 \u03a9.<\/p>

      Met\u00f3da relat\u00edvnej vlhkosti:<\/span><\/p>

      Vlhkos\u0165 vzduchu ovplyv\u0148uje vlastnosti a vodivos\u0165 aj antistatickej podlahy. Preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pri meran\u00ed antistatickej podlahy zmera\u0165 aj relat\u00edvnu vlhkos\u0165 vzduchu. Na meranie sa pou\u017eije vlhkomer. Pod\u013ea normy STN EN 100 015 by mala by\u0165 relat\u00edvna vlhkos\u0165 vzduchu v priestore s antistatickou podlahou v rozmedz\u00ed 30 a\u017e 70 %.<\/p>

      Okrem merania odporu a vlhkosti je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vizu\u00e1lne skontrolova\u0165 aj stav antistatickej podlahy.<\/span> Povrch podlahy by mal by\u0165 bez trhl\u00edn, dier a in\u00fdch po\u0161koden\u00ed. Ak\u00e9ko\u013evek po\u0161kodenie podlahy m\u00f4\u017ee ovplyvni\u0165 jej antistatick\u00e9 vlastnosti.<\/p>

      Na\u0161i kvalifikovan\u00ed rev\u00edzny technici s kvalitnou meraciou technikou a sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami v\u00e1m radi vykonaj\u00fa rev\u00edziu, meranie, sk\u00fa\u0161ku a vystavia rev\u00edznu spr\u00e1vu.<\/span><\/p>
